One of the most important features determining the attractiveness of your product is the appearance of its packaging. The key factor influencing perception of the packaging as an elegant and attractive one is the applied colouring and decorating method. In order to emphasise the own features of the packaging, Plastsystem Rzeszow Ltd. applies two decoration methods: dry offset technique and IML labelling technique.

Dry offset method, which is currently one of the most popular printing techniques, consists in carrying the image from printing plate to the processed container surface. After such overprinting, it is fixed by initiated drying with UV rays. In order to obtain all type of shades, the overprint colours are mixed up to 6 colours by the reliable colour mixing system.

In Mould Label (IML) method is technologically advanced decorating method, which consists in placing a special label with feeding equipment into the mould of injection moulding machine, and then labelling the detail during its forming in the mould. That is how we obtain a ready detail with in mould label after taking it out of the mould. The label is characterised by an extraordinary durability and water resistance with high quality surface and excellent aesthetics. Application of IML technology allows to introduce  unlimited graphic opportunities in projecting overprints and provides their high gloss.
